The award-winning actor was born to Vincent Anthony Stonestreet and Jamey Anne in Kansas City, Kansas, the United States on the 9th of September 1971. His father was a businessman while his mother worked as an assistant instructor. While growing up, Eric Stonestreet nurtured the desire of becoming a clown, and he went on to create a character named Fizbo. By the time he was 11 years old, he began to perform at children’s birthday events. He also depicted the clown character occasionally in the TV series, Modern Family.
