Michele Eray (born 5 May 1979) is a South African sprint canoer and marathon canoeist who competed in the late 2000s. At the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, she finished seventh in the K-4 500 m event while being eliminated in the semifinals of the K-2 500 m event. She finished first of the women in the 2011 Berg River Canoe Marathon, clocking an aggregate time of 19:06.02 in the 4-day event.
She moved to the USA to become Sprint High Performance Manager at USA Canoe Kayak.
She represented the USA in the ICF Marathon World Championships in 2014, finishing 11th.
