Aston Villa have fielded an approach from RB Leipzig about a January deal for Jaden Philogene-Bidace.

The 18-year-old winger is out of contract at Villa Park in the summer and has attracted plenty of admirers.

Football Insider says Leipzig have spotted Philogene-Bidace’s availability and registered their interest.

Arsenal and Manchester City also kept tabs on his progress last season after noting his rise from Villa’s Under-18 team to U23s.

For their part, Villa management are determined to keep hold of the youngster.
