Newcastle United are interested in Liverpool midfielder Harry Wilson.
The Northern Echo says the Reds are unwilling to sell the Welshman but are open to sending him out on loan once again after his spell with Bournemouth last season.
Liverpool want him to gain more Premier League experience with Leeds and Newcastle battling it out for the free-kick specialist on loan.
The Premier League champions are hoping to get a hefty loan fee to send him out once again, with him not quite ready to play in Jurgen Klopp’s set-up.
Steve Bruce is also hoping to add more quality to his Newcastle side with Wilson a prime target for the Toon.
