Moses Simon brings portable water to his village

Super Eagles forward Moses Simon has touched the lives of people in his father’s village of Obagaji Agatu in Agatu Local Government Area of Benue State after he provided three water boreholes for them.

A native of Benue State but the FC Nantes star has spent the best part of his life in Kaduna, he still considered it a priority to remember people of his roots.

Community head James Ocheche, who said they have battled for portable water as long as they have lived, was full of gratitude to Moses Simon

“You can see that he is a boy who wants the development of his community. May God keep him and may God lift him up,” the village chief prayed.

The project is one of several the 25-year-old winger has undertaken this year and only recently he reached out to Internally Displaced People (IDP) of the Southern Kaduna crisis by giving out clothes, free drugs, free medical service, food items as well as cash.
