Liverpool goalkeeper Adrian has hailed the way their star attacking trio complement eachother.

Speaking with Marca, Adrian was asked why Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah have managed to play so well together.

He declared: “It is difficult to choose three players of that level and they complement each other so well.

“Without looking at each other they already know what they are going to do.

“Bobby is pure magic, the defenders do not know how to stop him because he is unpredictable; Sadio is power, momentum and quality and Mo is one of the best left-handers in the world, although then he takes out his right and gives you an assist or puts it in the net.”

On Virgil van Dijk, Adrian added: “He is the best in his position. Just with his posture and body language he is already scary. And it is that, despite measuring more than 1.90m, he is fast, strong, he goes well in the air, with his feet, he plays … Having a centre-back of that category makes you feel more protected and makes others better.”
