Queens Park Rangers on Tuesday announced that Super Eagles hopeful, Eberechi Eze, has been named the club’s Sportito Supporters’ Player of the Year for the 2019/20 season.

The accolade is one of three awards that Eze won following an impressive campaign, with the 22-year-old, also scooping the Ray Jones Players’ Player of the Year and the Junior Hoops Player of the Year awards for 2019/20.

Eze has been in great form this season, scoring 13 goals and claiming eight assists in his 45 Sky Bet Championship appearances, a performance which earned him international recognition with both Nigeria and England looking to have him in their fold.

Bright Osayi-Samuel finished second behind Eze in the Supporters Player of the Year vote, while Ryan Manning was third.

The Nigerian scored five goals and provided nine assists from 36 matches in the Championship.

Osayi-Samuel also won the Kiyan Prince Goal of the Season for his brilliant solo strike against Birmingham City in December, while he also retained his Daphne Biggs Supporters’ Young Player of the Year award, having also won it in 2018/19.

Both players have been heavily linked with a move away from Loftus Road following their impressive campaign.
