- Generate, identify new sales leads, potential new markets, planning and overseeing new sales initiatives, pitching products and/or services to increase customer base.
- Promote the company’s products/services, predicting clients objectives by identifying and assessing clients/customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers by increasing organization networks and developing partnerships.
- Develop sound, tailored proposals to new clients and prospects.
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about the company’s technological services.
- Answer questions about the company’s technological services or ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Efficiently process new customers requests accurately
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support by periodically visiting customers from time to time to enhance product/service satisfaction
- Other related duties as assigned.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in selling Tech solutions
- HND / B.Sc in Business Administration or related studies
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Must have excellent people skills- ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven spirit with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
