Requirements

  • BSc / HND minimum qualification
  • Minimum of 4years experience in sales or marketing
  • Ability to generate new concepts and ideas
  • Excellent oral and verbal communication
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Outstanding leadership, communication and analytical skills
  • Must be persuasive, dogged and a goal-getter
  • Must have ability to network and generate good leads
  • Must be able to drive with a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Analyze consumer insights
  • Plan effective marketing campaigns and brand positioning strategies
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities.
  • Marketing and sales of product
  • Contribute to annual sales and marketing plans
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities
  • Generate prospect list weekly and increase the list continually
  • Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Prospecting, Recruiting, Inspection, Follow-Up and Closing sales
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
