We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Digital Marketer and PR Relations

Job Location: Lekki – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate with the sales team to create marketing campaigns.
  • Create, edit, and post content, videos, podcasts, and audio content of the company’s products/services on online sites and offsite.
  • Maintain our social media presence (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) across all digital channels and the brand of the company’s products/services.
  • Create and implement the content strategy for all our websites to ensure online objectives are met.
  • Identifies and evaluates new digital technologies and uses web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display
  • create and upload copy and images for the organization’s website and all platforms.
  • Digital marketer is responsible for converting website visits to online sales.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. (ROI and KPIs).
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Coordinate and advertise media reports to improve marketing results and develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Create a social media marketing strategy and campaign by creating the content idea, budget planning, and implementation schedules.
  • Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement.
  • Compose and dispatch email marketing campaigns and write press releases and other media communications to promote clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communication and Adverting, or any related discipline.
  • A Minimum of 2- 4 proven years of experience working with Start-up as a Digital Marketer.
  • Proven experience in designing & implementing consumer digital marketing strategy including e-commerce, database acquisition and management, CRM activation, content development, SEO, social media activation, and digital paid media.
  • Must be a graphic designer and have knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe.

  • Build and manage rich content like blog posts, e-books, webinars, whitepapers, reports, etc.
