Job Purpose: The post holder is the first point of contact for the business and is expected to possess exceptional interpersonal skills.
Job Description: These includes the following:
- Receiving visitors to the facility and ascertaining purpose of visit
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Responsible for screening, answering and forwarding phone calls
- Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mails
- Managing the diary and calendar of the directors and clients by arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms, manage hotel reservations and flight bookings.
- Bachelors Degree/HND in any discipline
- Candidates should be between the age of 21-25
- Candidates should either be currently undergoing youth service or just completed youth service
- Post is open to only female candidates
