- The BDM works to improve company’s market position and achieve financial growth.
- You are to contribute towards long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
- You will work with the internal team, technical staff, marketing staff, and other managers to increase and maximize revenue for the organization.
- Find potential new customers, while managing existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive.
- B.SC / HND preferably in the technical field from a recognized institution
- Minimum 5 years working experience in related field (power system, solar system, MEP services of which at least 3yrs must be in management capacity
- Networking, Prospecting, Public Speaking, Research, Closing Skills, Sales Planning, Identification f Customer Needs and Challenges, Territory Management, Market product Knowledge, Meeting Sales Goals, and Microsoft Office
