- Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
- Agree on and set targets for the Sales team
- Provide leadership and enable the team to achieve its sales targets
- Ensure the acquisition of new customers
- Develop a long-term business relationships with customers, vendors, etc.
- Understand the product capability so as to be able to pitch same suitable to the needs and requirements of potential customers
- Co-ordinate with the Product development & Production teams to develop sample and quotations
- Monitor and drive the sales in the assigned territories/regions.
- BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration or any related relevant discipline
- Minimum of 6 years sales managerial experience in the cosmetics and food industry
- Must have strong knowledge of the food and cosmetics market,
- Maintaining and increasing sales of your company’s products
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
- Servicing the needs of your existing customers
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
